At CACHIA, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates and bodysuits are final sale unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
